November 23rd 2016 the director of VSPR — Mike Sears was a guest speaker on the Art Bell production radio show "Midnight in the Desert" hosted by Heather Wade. Mike shared his personal experiences of the paranormal and the Afterlife with Heather and the listeners. The show was so well liked, the show was replayed on Dec 15th 2016. One of the longest interviews Mike Sears has done. Video states 2017 but it was 2016.

Volunteer State Paranormal Research were filmed for the PBS tv show Tennessee Crossroads. The filming took place at Rippavilla Plantation in Spring Hill, TN. Filming happened back on Sept 10th 2010.
